Guest guest
Using the recipes I've sent today, you can make Banana Cream Pie Make graham crackers (see separate recipe). Graham Cracker Crust from " Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book " 1/3 cup margarine or butter 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 cups finely crushed graham crackers Melt margarine or butter. Stir in sugar. Add crushed graham crackers. Toss to mix well. Spread mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie plate. Press onto bottom and sides to form a firm, even crust. Chill about 1 hour or till firm. (Or, bake in a 375 oven for 4 to 5 minutes or till edge is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack before filling.) Place sliced bananas along the crust. Make vanilla pudding (see separate recipe). Pour pudding over the bananas, then in the refrigerator to cool. Make whipped topping (see separate recipe). Spread over the pudding. Garnish with finely crushed pecans.
