Vanilla and Chocolate Pudding recipes

Vanilla Pudding

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/8 tsp salt

2 cups liquid Darifree

1 TBSP margarine

1 tsp vanilla

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in Darifree until smooth. Microwave

uncovered on high 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave 4 - 6 minutes more, stirring

every minute until thick. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Cover with plastic

wrap to avoid " skin " . Refrigerate.

Yield: 4 servings

Chocolate Pudding

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup baking cocoa

3 TBSP cornstarch

1/8 tsp salt

2 cups Darifree

1 tsp vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt. Stir in milk until smooth.

Microwave, uncovered on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave 4-6 minutes

longer or until thickened, stirring every minute. Stir in vanilla. Pour into

individual serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent " skin " .

Refrigerate.

Yield: 4 servings.
