fish oil, B6, mag, calcium, vit C multi vit) as well as acidolophis

and probiotica. There has been some hyperactivity as it is and I

upped the magnesium a little, but not alot.

I agree that it could easily still be withdrawal/readjustment period -

it can last a good 4 weeks. With enzymes, you should eventually be

able to discontinue some supplements because the body gets more

nutrients from food. I was able to go from the standard laundry list

of 20 to about 5 now (saved some money there! this feature also

compensates for the added expense of the enzymes). In your list, some

parents have said that they need to reduced the B6 when using enzymes

because this contributes to a lot of extra hyperness. Hyperness is

common when starting enzymes, but sometimes is doesn't resolve itself

until the B vitamins are reduced. However, I wouldn't suggest doing

that right away. Just take one thing at a time. Fish oil can also

produce aggression/hyperness so that would be something to keep an

eye on.

For probiotics, taking the probiotics separately than the enzymes is

a safe bet. Many take the enzymes at the beginning of the meal and

the probiotics at the end of the meal, but check your brand of

probiotics. Some say take on an empty stomach, so taking them in

advance of the enzymes as suggested earlier would work well. I give

the probiotics with a non-enzyme snack (like fresh fruit), or before

bedtime.
