The sugar content isn't that bad... at about 13 gms/serving... Fruit Gushers --- Watermelon Blast -- Oh, these are too DAMN GOOD! They actually have a slightly liquid fruity center... yum! No protein, but 13 gms sugar and 25% DV Vit C! Fruit Roll Ups --- California Fruit Punch -- This baby only has 7 gm/sugar (which is ideal - I try to only get yogurts that are around 7 gms/serving, too)!!! It packs a punch, man! I find that sometimes I just want something a little sweet and I don't really 'crave' chocolate as much thesedays... I really go for the fruity stuff more! These are pretty good sugar-wise and can satisfy me (of course, I eat fresh fruits, too! YUM). Just thought I'd share.... all the best, lap ds with gallbladder removal January 25, 2001 Dr. Gagner/Mt.
