Of course, the article (and the SG) only mentions " obesity " , not " morbid obesity " , but the vast majority of the population aren't aware of the difference or the media considers it too difficult to explain. I would love to be " just plain obese " ...LOL! It's like when I told someone I was considering surgery and the response was, " Why don't you just exercise more?
