Sausage gravy (this was awsome!): 8oz gf sausage 1 1/2 c. soy milk (divided) 1 1/2 TBL cornstarch salt and pepper to taste Fry sausage over med heat in frying pan until well crumbled and cooked through. Add 1 c. soy milk, stirring well. Combine remaining 1/2 c. soy milk & cornstarch in a cup and mix well to dissolve cornstarch. Add to sausage. Cook until thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
