Sorry, early I accidently hit send when all I had done

was enter a new subject line.

Sausage gravy (this was awsome!):

8oz gf sausage

1 1/2 c. soy milk (divided)

1 1/2 TBL cornstarch

salt and pepper to taste

Fry sausage over med heat in frying pan until well

crumbled and cooked through. Add 1 c. soy milk,

stirring well. Combine remaining 1/2 c. soy milk &

cornstarch in a cup and mix well to dissolve

cornstarch. Add to sausage. Cook until thick. Add

salt and pepper to taste. Serve over biscuits or

toast, as desired.
