That is the email address that is listed on children's hospital's website.

Perhaps something with their system is down. I always go through the call

center but press the button that says something about speaking to a nurse.

Then ask for , her nurse. Do not waste your time, money or effort going

to another doctor because no one else there practices ponseti method to my

knowledge. I would call back to the appointment line and insist that they

schedule your appointment with Dr. Von Stein. If you still can't get through,

email me directly at jcypher@... and I will call myself and

make sure that you get in.
