re:Shelton's and Jone's turkey sausage

I just caught something about using . I've been using Shelton's when

we can find them because company said they coated their packaging with

grains to prevent sticking and couldn't guarantee gf status due to packaging.

Is this still true? I'd love to use because it is available in our

mainstream supermarket.

And hi again- We drove to Florida and back from NJ successfully, and I took a

4 week break from the computer. I'm reading an old and a new digest every

day in an attempt to catch up. It's good to be back!
