Recast and relapse update: Lily

Thanks all for the posts. While you scared the heck out of me, you got

me moving to something better. I called Dr. Ponseti's office to see if

they recommended having Lillian's half casts removed or continue with

our local ortho's treatment until we can get in to Dr. Ponseti. His

office returned my call today and we have an appointment in IA City

starting at 8:30 am tomorrow! I was supposed to leave on vacation at

noon today but canceled. Definitely worth it to get sweet Lily in to

the right care.

Thank you for your responses that helped me reconsider my local ortho

and get Lily out of the half casts. Lily turns 1 this week--I bet

she'll hope I don't get her the same thing for her second birthday--she

would probably prefer a book over being recast!
