It had been the only kind that I could find around here, so I had been using it, but the taste was really bitter and grainy and had black flecks in it. I recently bought some jowar at an Indian/Pakistani market and I also ordered some sorghum flour from Twin Valley Mills. There is absolutely no comparison. I just made some donuts with the jowar, and they taste like a wheat product, nothing like the Bob's Red Mill. I was told that the sorghum from Bob's is commercial grade, a lower grade than these other sorghum flours.
