Thanks so much for the information as I was worried about it.

I have my consultation this coming Thursday. I don't have a surgery

date yet but I think there is another on here who does have one

in early December.

Maybe that is where the mix up came from.

I don't have any approval and nothing has even been sent in yet.

I did go today to see a pyschologist to make sure i'm not too crazy

to have this surgery LOL so she will be sending Dr. Hess that report

in a couple weeks. Also my primary doctor is going to send a letter

to Dr. Hess to use also to send in to my insurance.

I'm not sure I even need all of this but from what I have read I

think it's best to be ready for anything that might happen.

Anyhow thanks so much for answering my questions truly do appreciate

it.
