I am doing this on my own. It is not generally recommended to do this

without medical information/supervision, but currently it is my only

option. I would recommend you see a DAN doctor you trust, but if you

cannot, then just educate yourself and go slowly. There are several

issues and complications that you should know about before you start

and while you are continuing.
