Dear Alyssa,

Personally, I would have been too embarrassed to stay with people I

never met right after having my surgery. I had diarrhea (my toilet

needed cleaning 2x a day) the first week post-op and some real smelly

room clearing gas. I would have opted for the hotel room. Also, I

would feel funny about lying around all day and it would stress me

out worrying about what they were thinking.
