I've never confirmed, but according to my celiac sister Tyson precooked

chicken-(not breaded, there is a whole chicken, a breast or drum sticks) are

gf. They freeze well and I can just defrost at the last minute as needed,

also I just called and steak-ums are gf. They cook in seconds. I also pop

open canned lima beans, carrots, corn, etc which they think is finger food,

although I'm moving to organic to avoid pesticides and lead in the can. Oh

no, I may have to use a can opener! I also get the individual frozen chicken

pieces from Trader Joes and just cook them in any sauce - tomato, pinapple

salsa from Trader Joes, throW in frozen veggies and serve over minute rice.

I'm almost embarressed to confess I'm such a gourmet chef (haha) but my kids

will eat anything and my husband just goes out for chinese if he has politely

eaten a little burt needs a meal. Helene
