Guest guest
I am just amused because I never imagined 6 months ago that I would be on my computer reading and typing about such things. I have another question for you all. My son loves black beans. In the past whenever we go to Wahoo's my son would always have whole beans in his diaper (sorry to be so gross). Now that he is on the diet I thought it would stop. The first time after going GFCF, I let him eat the fish, rice and beans. Beans in the diaper. Over the weekend, I grilled the manager over the contents, how they are cooked, possibility of cross-contamination and decided to let him have the fish and beans (the rice had butter in it). More beans in the diaper. Could this be a reaction to cross-contamination, allergy or is it just that beans are harder to digest with his system damaged? Does this mean no more beans for him? P.S. The beans did not give him gas though! LOL
