I called Dr Hess Office and asked for the ICD9 code that is 278.01(my insurance company wanted to know that code as well) I also heard via the grape vine my work place negotiated the 43847 code as of Nov 1 so I am awaiting REAL word on the ok for surgery. Keep your fingers crossed for me Polly
