It is a device that you can strap your baby into and run your own airplane seat belt through for travelling on the plane. I think the ones I have seen are red and they say they are apporved for airline travel. ( so is just holding your baby on your lap though!) If you have one that you would like to sell to me please let me know. I would like to have one for travelling to convention. Thanks!!!!
