Guest guest
>what are the perfect numbers for the HDL and the LDL?? Or are there any? Judie> Dear Judie, To be in a " normal " range, your total cholesterol should be Less than 200, your Triglycerides should be less than 200, your HDL (Good Cholesterol) should be greater than 35, your LDL (Bad Cholesterol) should be less than 130. The perfect ratio of your Total Cholesterol/HDL should be less than 5.0 to be at a normal risk for heart disease. Exercise is advised to raise your HDL levels. Hope this helps. Jane J.
