Guest guest Posted November 6, 2001 Report Share Posted November 6, 2001 Coromega is a great source of fish oil DHA. It's what I've been giving my son, but it''s not the same as cod liver oil. Cod liver oil doesn't have that much DHA. It's main benefit is primarily that is also contains natural Vitamin A (if you get it from Kirkmans, that is----some companies process it and put in synthetic Vitamin A and don't label it as such).
