I have some advice for you. First of all, asking questions is the way

to go, as you did with your post requiring about the rearrangement of

intestines, why you dump with RNY vs DS etc. Second, please lose the

caps. Its considered impolite in internet circles and is difficult

to read. Illiteracy, all small letters, mispellings are definitely

acceptable! Grins.
