Help with posting pictures

I've posted pictures before but for some reason it won't work now. I

have tried over and over. I browse pick the picture, label it then

click upload and it says opening page just like it should then a couple

minutes later says 'done' and the page is blank and the picture doens't

get uploaded. any ideas why?
