Guest guest
It has been along time since we have posted. Caleb is now 5 and doing great. We went to Iowa last summer for a check-up and Dr. Ponsetin was pleased, but still concerned about his right foot. It was always the worst of the two with a very deep cavus. We have been out of the brace almost a year and the right foot is turing in a good bit and the cavus seems to be more obvious that last year. It is so hard to make the 23 hr trip so we are thinking of going to one of the Dr.'s in Atlanta that are on the list of approved Dr.s. I just wanted to see if anyone else used them and get some input on which one to use. We are also having trouble which his little toes curling under and causing terrible sores. I did not know if this is a clubfoot thing or a seperate issue. Thanks for any help!!!! mom of Caleb BL clubfoot 3/31/01 Treated in Savannah for 5 months unsucssefully and then Dr. Ponseti at 5.5 months. 7 cast and tenotomy.
