I do find that if I am a couple

of hours late for a meal that my stomach has shrunk back a bit and I can't

eat as much. >>>>

Nick,

I find this to be so very true! I can go with a small breakfast, skip lunch

when out of town and not be hungry and then come dinner time I get too full

on so little food! Didnt realize our stomachs can really shrink back quite

a bit if we dont keep eating!

I also noticed that if I have dinner around 5 by midnight it has gone all

the way thru me......know how I know? corn in the poop! LOL Thats a

pretty fast emptying of the bowels compared to pre opt!

Hi Judie -

Corn did the same thing to me, even when I was a preop. Tamales, which are

made from corn, roto root me even faster.

Best-

Nick
