Guest guest
Ian is having his reflux testing at the request of his Gastroenterologist tomorrow. It includes an x-ray. Although I had a great appointment with his GI last week - I failed to ask him what exactly this procedure entails, what else he may be looking for (I mentioned malrotated intestines) and I was hoping someone here might be able to better prepare me for what will happen to him. I'm sure it's no big deal - but, just curious nonetheless. I'm to keep him off food for 4 hours - so, I plan to wake him early for a Nutren feeding. The interesting thing is that lately - over the last couple of weeks - Ian has been telling me his stomach hurts. He's a ham though - he loves to play it up with mommy and will tell me anything for affection. But, this did come out of the blue and seems to happen after he eats. So, it will be interesting to see if there is any correlation. Any info on the procedure would be great. Thank you in advance. -
