Crosspost - Prayers Needed

Hi all -

A close friend of mine, Jeannie, had her surgery with Dr. Welker on 11/23. She

was high risk and developed an infection post-op. They had to go in and do a

second surgery, there was a tear in her bowel which became infected. Her

kidneys are not functioning. She is in Sacred Heart hospital in Eugene, in

critical condition in ICU. Please, send good thoughts, positive vibes, lotsa

prayers for her to recover from these complications. Apparently, there is a bit

of improvement today, but she is not out of the woods.

I am a basket case -- she had this surgery because she wanted to get her life

back like I did -- like so many of us have done. I am just sick that this

happened. Thank you so much for your thoughts/prayers on her behalf.
