Guest guest
Hi all, I have decided that I am going to extend Alyssa's diet. She seems to have stopped improving. She's not any worse, just not getting any better (that I can tell). I really want her to start talking and potty train!! Heck, she won't even walk without crying sometimes! We are already GFCF, but I am afraid that she may be getting it somewhere. The house is not totally GFCF. and I have still been eating regular bread and milk. No more! I need help with eliminating sugar, corn, soy, and yeast. What do you give for snacks? Is there a website that you can go to that tells you what the chemical names for these are? You know like there's a whole crap load of stuff that means wheat and milk. Is there one for corn, soy, sugar, and yeast? What are some books to buy? Ok, I know that sugar is not ok. But what is? Honey?, Sucanat?, Glycerin?, Splenda?, Stevia? Does anyone have any recipes for millet flour? Or know of a cookbook using it. Or a flour blend using it? Thanks for the help! I'm sure I'll have many more questions! April
