Guest guest
Alot of people use it as an egg replacer in recipes-mix a little falx with water and let it sit for five minutes and you can use it in place of an egg in a recipe. you can also just add it to recipes in small amounts and it willnot affect the recipe. I found it hid well in spice cakes. f ground flax recipes > I just bought some ground flax meal (Bob's Red Mill brand) and am looking for recipes to use it in. Are there any specifically for flax, or do you just add it to existing recipes. If you add to an existing recipe, do you cut oil or anything else? If so, by how much? > > BTW, I decided to try flax meal in recipes after trying these awesome flax meal GFCF waffles made by Waffle Heaven...they are so good! > > > mom to (29 mos) and Siobhan (14 mos), both ASD > > >
