Guest guest
, If you have a large health food store near by they might sale ready made gluten free dough in the refrigerated section. It's kind of expensive but would be worth it this one time. You could take that, your sons gfcf cheese sauce and other toppings and I'm sure the pizza place would make it. We do this all the time when we go out for ice cream. I take the stuff, the restaurant makes it and they charge me for a childs sundae. Also, if your son likes donuts he can still have them. Miss Robens sells donut pans. You just whip up the batter and bake them. It is so easy (I'm not much on cooking/baking) and they freeze really well. They are also pretty soft. If you get the mini donut pans maybe you could use them for a snack. Good Luck, Cinthia Donuts (posted on this site quite awhile back) Preheat oven to 350. 1/4 cup cooking oil 1 cup gfcf flour mix (Hagmans) 1/2 cup plus 1 level TBL sugar 1 TBL baking powder 1 1/2 tsp xanthum gum 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup Dairy Free (can use water) 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla Mix thoroughly. Fill each donut hole about half way. Bake 5-10 minutes for the mini donuts. I lost this part of the directions so you have to wing it here but just keep an eye on them. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost when cool.
