Depends on your chelating agent. If you are using DMSA, then that one

removes metals from the body but not from the brain. If you are using

ALA, that one removes from the brain also. My kids are in the middle

of round 5 with ALA, and I would say they still have at least 8-10

more rounds necessary before I would say most metals would be gone.

Yes I would recommend you remove the wheat.

I am not familiar with all the Kirkman products, but you can check

that site and see what foods that enzyme is recommended to help, and

what other enzymes are offered and their uses.

In general, enzymes help with the digestion of foods, so the partially

digested foods [with peptides we are trying to avoid] are fully

digested and therefore do not cause the opiate effect among other

things. But it depends on the specific enzyme formulation, which

foods it will help digest.
