Guest guest
HI, I bought Chatfield's carob powder at the HFS, my son has lot's of yeast so we are staying away from chocolate because i read in " The Yeast Connection " that chocolate beans are dried with a fungus and therefore not good for a yeast free diet...does anyone know if carob is O.K.? I need a treat for ABA reinforcer that my son would actually kill for and the only thing he really loves is chocolate. Does anyone know what exactly carob is? is it a root? is it GFCF? The powder i bought lists as ingredients: roasted carob powder>>>>do you think it's o.k. for a yeast free GFCF diet? Thanks Sharon C.
