To those who answered my previous mail about the bitter taste I'm sorry I don't remember who you are & can't find the note, but... It's not acid. I've had reflux for many years and this is totally different. Isn't that Prilosec a miracle drug tho? To the person whose tongue feels like aluminum foil: Yes, that might be the same thing. I talked to the dietician yesterday & she gave me some great tips that were effective; suck on a lemon as much as you can & add lemon to tea, water. Drink more hot liquids such as soups and teas.
