Guest guest
Morning all. I'm sure I'm not the only one around here with a roll of fat on my back that makes it almost impossible to sleep without getting a back ache. My question is, has anyone found a good solution to it, other than sleeping in a recliner or an adjustable bed? I'm also concerned that being flat on my back for 3-4 hours during surgery will just about kill my back, and if I have the epidural, I won't know I'm hurting it until they take it away. Then I'll have a bad back on top of trying to recover from surgery. Any suggestions? Thanks! JJ
