Guest guest
My 7 yr. old son has Asperger's Syndrome, but not severely. We are just starting a gfcf. (I'm a little overwhelmed.) I've read of remarkable improvements in Autistic kids...should I expect his potential improvement to be more subtle? What do you eat 'on-the-go' besides rice crackers? Guest guest
Small raisin boxes, trail mix(dried fruit and nuts), potato sticks. It takes a couple of weeks to get over feeling overwhelmed. I guess the younger the child is, the more luck you will have. Good luck. Ask any questions.
