Guest guest
Hi all, Due to rubbing on the back of Ethan's left heel, I tightened the buckle on his Markells. This has addressed the heel problem, but I think the buckle is too tight as a bruise has appeared on the top of his foot. It seems a bit of a no-win, with the buckle loosened we risk a blister developing on his heel. Any ideas as to how to approach it? Guest guest
try putting the buckle OVER the top of the shoes. That is, take the tongue off the strap, place it inside like normal and buckle over the entire top of the shoe. This may... mean you have to use the looser hole due to the extra space needed to cover the shoe. Judge this yourself. Pull on the heel to see if it lifts any if you do loosen the buckle a bit. If this doesn't work, have them pad the tongue with plastizode. That may help. Poor Ethan! I hope his bruise heals soon.
