Guest guest
I am a new mom to the GFCF group, but I wanted to respond to the request about Dr. Fouse's book. We have a 2 year old, Cameron, who has been GFCF since April and will enter our school system next month. Dr. Fouse lives in Texas and actually diagnosed my son in February. I found her book to be an great general guideline and an essential tool for new parents. She walks parents through the IEP process based upon her extensive knowledge of our children. It includes sample letters, checklists, and management plans for everything from behavior to the bus ride. For a more experienced parent, this might be a good source. You mentioned that you were having problems. Conflict resolution was not dominant focus of her book. I hope this helps a little.
