have you tried this recipe for poptarts-just make them in the shape of a cereal

bar and it should work. f

2 1/2 cups gf flour mix

2 tsp xanthan gum

1 cup sugar

1 cup gfcf margerine

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp fruit juice

1 T vanilla

combine all ingredients and beat till well mixed. Put in a plastic bag and

place in the fridge untill firm. Roll out dough on rice floured surface, cut

int rectangles{or cookie shapes}Place on ungreased cookie sheet smear jam or

jelly on half of cookies place a cookie without jam on top of one with and

bake in oben for 6-10 minutes or till lightly browned. Make sure to ponch

the edges closed before baking to prevent jelly from leaking out.. Bake at

425.

This dough makes very good sugar cookies too. I freeze a roll of it slice

and bake as needed. F
