Guest guest Posted October 31, 2001 Report Share Posted October 31, 2001 I'm making the " Best GF Chocolate Chip Cookies " from Special Diets for Special Kids and I wasn't paying close enough attention to what I was doing. I accidently put 1 tsp of baking powder in instead of the 1/2 tsp it called for. Will this ruin the whole batch? I know baking powder is a leavening agent and I live at a high altutide, so I thought it might actually help. I also considered doubling the whole recipe and freezing half of the dough until I get more chocolate chips. Does this dough freeze well? (Queen of Freeze-- where are you!)
