There is a good list located at: http://zingsolutions.com/food/hidden.htm

I don't know for sure if it has *all* of the names, but it has most of them.

Donnie (email: mickiemc@...) of the CornNwheatfree email group

is also setting up a site and is exquisitely sensitive to corn. Both she

and Diane Hartman (who runs our weekly chat) are great corn-free resources.

Is featherweight baking powder corn free? The corn-free versionis but you

can also make your own.

A good alternative to energ egg replacer-which does have small amts of corn:

1 teaspoon corn-free baking powder plus one tablespoon each oil and water

per egg.
