Both she and Diane Hartman (who runs our weekly chat) are great corn-free resources. Is featherweight baking powder corn free? The corn-free versionis but you can also make your own. A good alternative to energ egg replacer-which does have small amts of corn: 1 teaspoon corn-free baking powder plus one tablespoon each oil and water per egg.
