I tried all rice flour; they were great but gritty. Recipe needs LOTS of salt. Dough may be frozen for quick crackers another day. Sharon in Virginia ************ Cheesy Nickels 1/2 cup butter substitute 9oz soymage cheddar cheese 1 cup GF flour 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (garlic powder, salt, paprika) Cream margarine and soymage in mixer bowl. Add flour and seasoning salt. Mix until dough begins to form a ball. Divide the dough into smaller sections. Roll each into ropes the diameter of a nickel. Wrap in wax paper and chill until firm. Preheat oven to 400degrees. Slice dough into 1/8 to 1/4-inch " nickels. " Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and very slightly browned, less if your slices are really thin. Fills two jelly roll pans. *********************
