HELP! Markell shoes and a heel blister

My son is two month's old and has now been wearing these shoes for two

weeks. Unfortunately, his club foot has developed a heel blister.

His foot is really too small for the smallest shoe! This blister has

made the shoes too painful for him to wear right now. The blister

popped on Tuesday, and he hasn't yet been able to wear the shoes

without howling inconsolably.

Any suggestions?!?!? Please ????!!!! I hate causing him pain :(
