Hi Mimi!

I love your perspective on things! As long as you're working on PT, ST,

whatever, you ARE doing all you can, and you're right, Isaac WILL make ALL

of his milestones in his own time.

was VERY delayed, and in some areas he still is. At one year of age,

weighing 10#, he was physically like a newborn, with uncertain head control,

and no ability to move around on his own. He finally sat prone at about 15m,

sat erect, butt-scooted, and started pulling himself up on things around

18m, walked on his own at 21 m, and crawled around 2 yrs of age. It DID

come, but in it's own time.

When he started school last Jan, at 3 yrs old, he was only able to string 2

words together at most. He's now talking MUCH better, but it's still hard

for anyone outside the family to understand. It WILL come.

I try very hard to find joy in whatever stage the kids are at. Although I

wouldn't have Bran delayed for anything, it was nice that he could be held

and cuddled for so long. Most babies are itching to get down and explore by

6-9 months old! And although most kids can jump by 3y 8m old, I guess I

should be happy that I don't have to worry about Bran giving me a heart

attack by jumping off the furniture, the stairs, the tables, right?

You can either look at things from a half-empty, or a half-full, point of

view. I like the half-full point of view better! Or the silver lining in

Jodi Z's case! LOL

HUGS!!!
