Like I could bounce off the walls for three hours after eating something with it in it. Same with corn syrup as well. I know they use sorghum to make syrup/sweetener, too, so maybe that is it. I thought about phenols too; sorghum is phenolic, I've been told. I haven't checked the glycemic index on sorghum, so that might be another reason. I have a tendency towards low blood sugar and yeast infections. All I know is that a lot of refined sugars (especially corn syrup) and sorghum make me that way. Too much dairy makes me nauseous, lethargic, and gives me migraines. Little/no dairy = little/no migraines for me.
