Guest guest Posted November 12, 2001 Report Share Posted November 12, 2001 Does anyone know of a gfcf sugar cookie recipe that somewhat resembles the shape it is supposed to after cutting with cookies cutters and baking??..I have the one in Bette Hagman's book the Gluten-Free Gourmet, but the cookies seem to rise too much and are not recognizable as the shape we want them to be.
