Guest guest
I hate to ask this gross question, but if I can't ask all of you, who can I ask? What exacty does a stool look like during yeast die off? The reason I ask is that prior to starting the diet 6 weeks ago, my son had the most horrendous stools--very loose and awful smelling. They have been steadily improving since on the diet, but still have a long way to go. Anyway, I was informed last week that my son has a Candida problem, so I started him on a probiotic. He threw up the first night, but has not had any problems with it since. Yesterday, I started him on emzymaid. I read that, among other things, this would help clear out the yeast. I know the enzymes are affecting him already because he is talking more and he is having some of his old style (pre-diet) tantrums. He also had one of his old style stools today--yellow, very loose and extremely foul-smelling. I was wondering if this is what people are talking about when they say yeast die off. P.S. Again, I'm sorry for the subject. I hope no one is eating while reading this. Dawn in Denver Mother of 5 NT, 3 ASD, and 7 months
