Blue Cross Blue Shield & Markell Boots & Bar?

Can anyone recommend a vendor in VA, MD, DC, PA or NJ that sells the

Markell Boots & Bar AND is an in-network provider AND can get the boots

and bars to us before next Friday?? I'm in Northern VA, but willing to

drive anywhere to pick it up if necessary.

I'm having a heck of a time finding a company!
