post-op birth control: New birthcontrol 'patch' approved

Hi, everyone -- I've been looking into post-op birth control and I really

don't know the efficacy of the pill in terms of post-op absorption... Perhaps

the 'patch' would be an effective option for post-ops, although the article

does state that it isn't as effective for those over 198 lbs (which would

mean that a majority of women couldn't use it until they have gotten past

this point and the immediate post-op period is really very crucial in terms

of increased fertility, etc.)...
