Need some Medical Advice pleeease!

This seems like such a minor thing but I'm in an

incredible amount of pain right now and would

appreciate some help. And me saying I'm in alot of

pain really means something because I have pain 24/7

which is bearable compared to this!

I have callouses on my heels... there are cracked

spots, like deep lines around both heels. It's

painful to walk on my feet. I took some lotion and

put it on the cuts which promptly felt like FIRE! I

could barely walk on my feet to the sink in order to

wipe off the lotion.

I know I can't be alone here - there must be others

with this problem - please, what do you do to prevent

and heal cracked heels?
