Super Nuthera + DMG= Adverse Reaction?

I hope you can help me with this situation:

We gave our son 1/3 of a 1/3 (.33 cc) of the recommended dosage(3 cc)

of SuperNuthera + DMG last night. We decided to start the dosage

last night and observe any reactions. Well, it was really a

nightmare, he could not sleep and cried almost all the night. We

have never seens this behavior on him. The Supernuthera was the only

change in his daily routine... Please Help!! ( We didn't gave the

dosage today)
