need good RSS person in Portland, Oregon

Hi,

I know many of you are busy at the convention. I just

discovered RSS and then this site a couple days ago.

I have an 8 year old little girl going into

" precocious puberty " who it seems very likely is RSS

with a mild " phenotype " . However, due to her being

internationally adopted, there is no early medical

background and so this is complicating getting a

diagnosis.

She DOES have:

hypoglycemic (which was VERY bad after recent

operation when she was kept from food and water all

night and until after the operation which didn't START

until 1:30pm)

incurving pinkies

small chin

SMALL stature

until this past year when I really worked on intensive

feeding, was very thin, now is just right.

If ANYONE can refer me to an RSS specialist nearby to

Portland, Oregon I would REALLY appreciate it.

The last thing my daughter needs in addition to

everything else she has to deal with is " breasts " in

third grade when she is only 47 1/2 " tall.
