GFCF renewed belief...AGAIN

We are reimplementing the GFCF diet again. This was our 5th

infringement test over the course of the 18 months we have been GFCF

(Strict 9, then infringement-1, Then on 3 months, then off...so on) This

was our longest time off. Shane was off diet for 6 weeks, and slowly

spiraling downhill. We started enzymes 3 weeks ago, but it did not solve

his problem. (We are and will still use Peptyzyde & HN-ZymePrime)

Yesterday after 2 slices of pizza, he had a fit like he hasn't had

since the last infringement. Uncontrollable, screaming & crying like a

mad man...Today, 24 hours later, he has calmed down significantly (back

on GFCF that is) This diet is a neccesity, and I believe we will not

stray again until there is a digestive cure.. Thought I would share
